The Benton County Circuit Clerk & Recorder’s Office is committed to providing timely, fair and cost effective services in all matters. Our offices strive to serve the public with a friendly, accessible environment treating all individuals with dignity, honesty and fairness. As custodian of the public’s official records and keeper of the public’s funds, we respect the interests of our citizens by maintaining the superior quality of our record management procedures, continuously seeking to improve services in coordination with all county departments and constantly searching for the newest and best technological advances in order to help achieve those goals.
